- Collaborate with KPMG's network of specialists and Ignition Centers to develop and deliver innovative tax solutions.
- Mentor teammates, participate in formal training, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
- Work with diverse clients, communicating insights clearly and building trusted relationships. What We're Looking For
- Experience in a managerial or senior role within tax or advisory services, with demonstrated ability to lead engagements and teams.
- Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and client-service skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and leverage industry knowledge with technology to deliver tax solutions.
- Commitment to professional development and mentoring others. Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Ignition Centers or technology-enabled tax solutions; ability to translate industry knowledge into innovative tax strategies.
- Experience working in diverse teams and building inclusive environments.
