What You'll Do

• Lead and manage tax engagements for high-profile clients, collaborating with KPMGs Ignition Centers to deliver innovative tax solutions.

• Analyze complex business opportunities and challenges to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

• Guide and mentor junior staff, and develop talent through formal training and informal mentoring.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Collaborate across the firm to leverage the network of specialists and industry knowledge. What We're Looking For

• Experience in tax services and a track record of leading engagements and teams in a professional services environment.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a client-service mindset.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, team-focused environment.

• Comfort with technology-enabled solutions and leveraging interdisciplinary knowledge to solve complex tax challenges.
