- Mentor and develop junior staff through formal training and informal coaching to support career growth. What We're Looking For
- Experience in tax or related field with ability to work across a network of specialists.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-service skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multiple engagements and teams.
