- Lead and manage tax engagements alongside a network of specialists to deliver innovative tax solutions.
- Collaborate with diverse clients to understand, analyze, and respond to complex business opportunities and challenges.
- Mentor junior staff and participate in formal training and informal mentoring programs.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration across the Ignition Centers. What We're Looking For
- Experience in leading teams in a professional services/tax environment and ability to work with a network of specialists.
- Strong communication and analytical skills to help high-profile clients understand and respond to complex business opportunities.
