Let’s talk about the role!

As Manager, Kipling Performance Marketing, you will lead paid digital marketing initiatives that accelerate Kipling’s digital growth and support Kipling.com in achieving its e-commerce objectives.

You will develop and optimize full-funnel performance marketing strategies, translate data into actionable insights, and work closely with internal teams and external agencies to balance brand-building priorities with conversion and commercial performance.

How You Will Make a Difference

You will achieve this by:

  • Defining and evaluating paid media KPIs, building automated dashboards and reports, and presenting actionable performance insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing media agency relationships and coordinating campaign activities across platforms, while ensuring effective delegation and delivery against business objectives.
  • Collaborating with Brand, Digital Marketing, the Kipling.com Trade Team, VF Central teams, Finance, and external agencies to align digital marketing plans with financial objectives and long-term growth priorities.
  • Applying a test-and-learn approach through A/B testing of creatives, paid content, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Supporting CRM and digital media integration to grow and leverage the first-party database, while partnering with the content team to develop high-impact paid content.
  • Planning, managing, and tracking digital media investment, ensuring alignment with financial targets and Kipling’s brand identity.
  • Staying current on digital marketing best practices, AI applications, and emerging technologies, and sharing relevant insights as the team’s digital expert.

Skills for Success

You should be a commercially minded and data-driven digital marketing professional, with:

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in digital and performance marketing, with strong knowledge of planning, execution, optimization, and growth strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and budget management skills, with proficiency in metrics such as CVR, CPC, and ROAS.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and agencies.
  • A proactive and well-organized approach, with the confidence to prioritize independently, manage expectations, and remain consumer- and results-focused.
  • Full professional fluency in English; an additional European language is a plus.
  • A good understanding of how AI can be applied in digital marketing.
