About the Role The Manager, IT M&A – Due Diligence, Integration, and Separation will lead IT-focused diligence and integration/separation initiatives within KPMG's Deal Advisory and Strategy practice. You will work with senior stakeholders to assess IT risks, opportunities, and investments across potential client acquisitions. This role provides opportunities to drive cross-functional IT transformations and deliver strategic recommendations spanning sign-to-close and post-close activities.
What You'll Do
- Lead buy-side and sell-side assessments across key IT domains for potential client acquisitions; identify IT risks, opportunities, and investments needed, and compile comprehensive due diligence reports that include findings, impact analyses, and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
