Job title: Manager IT and SG&A Controlling

About the Role Global IT Controlling lead responsible for developing and implementing a global standardized controlling and reporting process for IT and SG&A services. You will support senior management with transparent financial results, lead budgeting/forecasting, month-end close, and project-controlling (including CAPEX), while driving intercompany charges and service-level agreements across entities.

What You'll Do

• Global content lead for IT Controlling Service and primary driver of standardized controlling and reporting processes across service entities.
• Support decision making by providing transparency of business results and risk scenarios via business case calculations.
• Monitor, manage and analyze financial statements with focus on overhead and project costs; plan budgeting and forecasting; prepare analysis and decision support.
• Collaborate with business partners for month-end closing processes; perform monthly reporting and variance analysis.
• Manage Project Controlling including CAPEX, pipeline profitability analysis, and content assessment.
• Ensure global guidelines for standardized Corporate and IT controlling and reporting processes.
• Controller of all included legal entities with emphasis on project and overhead costs; calculate intercompany service charges per internal guidelines; manage service level agreements.
• Provide people leadership and develop team members within the IT Controlling function.

What We're Looking For

• 6-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in controlling.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent skills in SAP modules CO, MM, FI (and related finance systems).
• Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Nice to Have

• General knowledge of Cognos, TM1, QlikView is a plus.
