About the Role Paramount is seeking a Manager of Risk & Data Analytics to deliver data-driven insights, lead risk-based audits, and support investigations and special projects across corporate, media, streaming, and production functions. This role requires comfort with complex data, strong risk assessment skills, and the ability to operate in fast-moving, judgment-heavy environments.

What You'll Do

• Plan and lead risk-based analytics to support operational audits, advisory work, and special projects across corporate, media, streaming, advertising, and production areas.
• Develop focused project objectives, scopes, and risk assessments aligned to key business priorities.
• Design flexible approaches for non-routine or evolving activities requiring solid professional judgment.
• Use analytics to evaluate processes, governance, and controls and collaborate with SOX, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and other teams.
• Work with leaders across corporate, media, streaming, and production to evaluate processes, governance, and controls using judgment and analytics.

What We're Looking For

• Comfort with complex data, deep risk assessment skills, and the ability to operate in fast-moving, judgment-heavy environments.
• Experience delivering risk-based analytics and managing operational reviews, T&E and production audits, and advisory projects in partnership with SOX, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and other teams.
• Ability to work with leaders across corporate, media, streaming, advertising, and production to evaluate processes, governance, and controls using analytics and professional judgment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
