About the Role Internal Audit at PUMA is a business partnering function that provides added value by conducting audits at subsidiaries worldwide and by providing recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and to reduce risk exposure. The Manager Internal Audit leads periodic audits and consulting activities per the annual plan, partnering with stakeholders to support PUMA's objectives and ensure follow-up on actions. What You'll Do
- Conduct periodic audits and provide consulting recommendations per the annual audit plan to improve processes and reduce risk.
- Travel to PUMA entities worldwide (and HQ in Germany) to understand local contexts and strengthen internal controls.
- Collaborate in a diverse, global team; communicate findings with clear, actionable recommendations; support management in implementing improvements. What We're Looking For
