About the role: These roles will lead and execute industrial and logistics property transactions, provide strategic advisory to clients, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong market expertise, transaction leadership, client relationship management, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
What you’ll do
- Build strong expertise in the industrial & logistics property market. Advise landlords, developers, investors, and occupiers on leasing, acquisition, disposal, and location strategy. Analyse market and financial data, conduct feasibility assessments, and deliver clear, practical recommendations to support client decisions. Lead end-to-end transactions from origination through execution, including negotiations, due diligence, and documentation.
