We are looking for a Manager - India Tax to join our team. This is a Hybrid role, reporting to the Senior Manager - Tax in the Tax department. In this role, you will drive direct tax compliance and transfer pricing operations for Indian entities, ensure precise TDS calculations and statutory return filings, and maintain rigorous tax reconciliations to support financial accuracy and regulatory integrity across the organization.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Undertaking direct tax and transfer pricing compliances for Indian entities
• Preparing TDS calculations and ensuring payments are made within due dates
• Preparing and ensuring accurate, timely filing of direct tax returns, including TDS returns, APA filings, corporate tax returns, tax audits, and transfer pricing forms
• Preparing monthly direct tax reconciliations

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
• Chartered Accountant credential with 8-10 years of experience in direct tax compliances and tax returns within a multinational organization
• In-depth knowledge of tax accounting, direct tax compliances, and transfer pricing frameworks
