About the Role We are seeking a proactive Manager in Training to lead and develop the in-store team at a Domino's Pizza location in Hazleton, PA. You will oversee daily operations, supervise team members and drivers, and ensure food is prepared to company standards while managing costs to create a fun and energetic environment. What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the in-store team members and drivers.
- Manage all in-store operations during your shift, including hands-on preparation of all food items to company standards.
- Monitor costs and maintain a fun, energetic environment for both staff and customers. What We're Looking For
- Open availability.
- High energy and the ability to lead others.
- 18 years or older.
- Driver's license required.
- Food safety certificate preferred. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $14-$18 per hour. Onsite, full-time role.
