About this role

About the Role As Manager, Identity and Access Management, you will lead Xerox's IAM program within the Cyber Security organization, ensuring secure, least-privilege access across enterprise systems. You will manage a team and collaborate with business, IT, and security stakeholders to design, implement, and operate IAM technologies and processes.

What You'll Do

  • Engineer, develop and maintain enterprise IAM solutions using Saviynt IGA and Delinea Secret Server Cloud (Thycotic PAM) to ensure least privilege and secure access to critical enterprise systems and data.
  • Develop and build new application integration, account and entitlement connectors and perform periodic certification reviews in the Saviynt platform.
  • Design and develop new access request forms in Saviynt based on business needs; enhance review definitions and support quarterly audits during onboarding.
  • Verify entitlement alignment with business roles; remediate unnecessary access; conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure policy compliance.
  • Respond to and resolve security incidents related to privileged access; lead IAM security project delivery; supervise 4 positions (Security Engineers, Identity and Access Management).
  • Collaborate with other IAM engineers and architects on major initiatives; develop and maintain IAM technical documentation, code repositories, and development environments.
  • Provide guidance to the IAM operations team and serve as escalation for operational incidents; act as a technical SME for IAM integrations.
  • Telecommuting / remote work is permissible.

What We're Looking For

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, plus two years of IAM domain and IT services experience; or Bachelor’s degree plus five years of IAM experience.
  • Experience with Saviynt IGA development and project implementation; knowledge of Saviynt modules and components (Build warehouse, ARS, Rules Management, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity Analytics, SOD).
  • Knowledge of Saviynt configuration: Application Onboarding, Birthright Provisioning, Application Workflows, Analytics- Reporting, Delegation; experience configuring security workflows, birthright rules, and XML jobs.
  • Programming experience in Java or C++; employer will accept any amount of experience with required skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $224,453.00 - $252,250.00 per year (USD). Remote work permitted.
