About the Role This role will lead and scale AI and intelligent automation capabilities across APAC, translating global AI strategies into regional execution and enabling business units to adopt AI safely and effectively. You will deliver tangible business value through AI-powered solutions and report to the Head of IT in APAC. The role will collaborate with Global IT AI teams, regional IT functions, and business stakeholders to extend enterprise AI capabilities such as knowledge search agents. What You'll Do
- Lead and scale AI and intelligent automation initiatives across APAC, delivering aligned regional execution of global AI strategies.
- Drive adoption of AI by business units while ensuring safety, governance, and risk management.
- Collaborate with Global IT AI teams, regional IT functions, and business stakeholders to architect and implement enterprise AI capabilities (e.g., knowledge search agents).
- Translate business needs into AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Partner with IT leadership across APAC to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant AI deployments.
- Manage stakeholders and drive programs to scale AI capabilities. What We're Looking For
- Experience leading AI and intelligent automation initiatives across the APAC region.
- Ability to translate global AI strategies into regional execution and drive adoption by business units.
- Strong collaboration with Global IT AI teams, regional IT functions, and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI capabilities such as knowledge search agents.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and program leadership skills.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and program management.
