Job title: Manager, Human Resources LATAMC
About the Role The Manager, HR LATAMC will serve as the HR partner for the Argentina corporate structure and Cono Sur hotels, acting as a strategic advisor to leaders and a primary contact for team members. The role is responsible for defining, implementing, and executing HR initiatives aligned with business priorities and regional strategy to build a high-performance, compliant employee experience across the region.
What You'll Do
- Act as strategic HR partner to corporate leaders in Argentina and Cono Sur operations; advise on organizational decisions, structure, workforce planning and talent priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition: job descriptions, sourcing strategy, interviews, selection, offers, onboarding, and coordination of onboarding experience.
- Implement and monitor lifecycle HR processes: development, performance, succession, training, engagement, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion and internal communications, ensuring a consistent, high-impact employee experience.
- Manage personnel administration, compensation & benefits, vendor relationships, audits, ensuring operational accuracy, confidentiality and policy compliance.
- Ensure compliance with labor, social security regulations; coordinate with Payroll and external advisors; anticipate risks and implement regulatory and policy changes.
- Participate in budgeting and cost planning for personnel; deliver analyses, projections and KPIs to support decision-making, efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, close leadership and accountability using metrics and market trends to adjust HR practices and strengthen the employee value proposition.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in HR, Labor Relations, Administration, Psychology or related fields.
- 5–10 years of experience in HR generalist roles with increasing responsibility.
- Experience partnering with internal clients and leaders on talent, organizational development, employee relations and change management.
- Solid knowledge of Argentine labor law and ability to interpret its impact on operations.
- Experience in regional structures, multinational companies and/or tourism, hospitality or services.
- Ability to work with metrics, data and reporting for decision-making.
- English: advanced; Portuguese: intermediate/advanced desirable.
- Advanced Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and HRIS systems, preferably SAP/SuccessFactors.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting for people metrics.
Nice to Have
- Portuguese language proficiency; experience in hospitality and regional roles; familiarity with SAP/SuccessFactors; data-driven mindset and HR analytics.
