About the Role WHR Argentina is seeking a Manager, Human Resources LATAMC to serve as the HR partner for the Argentina corporate structure and Cono Sur managed hotels. The role is a strategic generalist responsible for defining and executing HR initiatives aligned with business priorities and regional strategy, strengthening a high-performance culture, compliance, and the employee experience. What You'll Do
- Act as strategic partner to corporate leaders in Argentina and Cono Sur operations, guiding organizational decisions, structure, workforce planning and talent priorities.
- Lead end-to-end talent attraction processes: job descriptions, search strategy, interviews, selection, offers, onboarding, and coordination of onboarding experience.
- Implement and monitor lifecycle processes: development, performance, succession planning, training, engagement, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, internal communications.
- Manage HR administration, compensation and benefits, vendor relationships, audits; ensure operational accuracy, confidentiality, service levels, and policy compliance.
- Ensure compliance with labor and social security laws; coordinate with Payroll and external advisors; anticipate regulatory changes.
- Participate in budgeting and cost planning; provide analyses, projections and KPIs to inform decisions and drive efficiency.
- Promote continuous improvement, leadership, accountability; use metrics and market trends to adjust HR practices and support transformation. What We're Looking For
- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Administration, Psychology or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in generalist HR roles with increasing responsibility.
- Experience partnering with internal clients and leaders on talent, organizational development, employee relations and change management.
- Strong knowledge of Argentine labor law and ability to interpret its impact on operations.
- Experience in regional structures, multinational companies and/or tourism, hospitality or services.
- Ability to work with metrics and management reports for decision making.
- English: advanced; Portuguese: intermediate or advanced desirable.
- Advanced Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably SAP / SuccessFactors.
- Proficient in analytics and reporting for people metrics. Nice to Have
