About the Role The Subway Team Manager in Springfield, MO will focus on providing an exceptional guest experience, ensuring food is prepared and served to standard, and maintaining smooth restaurant operations onsite.
What You'll Do
- Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure food quality and service standards are met.
- Keep the restaurant functional, clean and presentable at all times.
- Manage inventory and money control systems.
- Coordinate local marketing initiatives and community outreach.
- Recruit staff and support ongoing training.
- Maintain safety and security protocols, including health codes.
- Analyze business records to help increase sales.
- Plan events and promotions aligned with marketing windows.
- Support local and national marketing initiatives and ensure restaurant readiness for campaigns.
- Be a collaborative team player and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervisory and training experience.
- Essential: Excellent communication; computer knowledge; POS/cash register familiarity.
- Physical: Ability to bend, stand, and lift up to 30 pounds; able to work in all areas of the restaurant.
- Personal: Strong teamwork and customer-focused mindset.
