The Expansion Central Ops team is a global sub-function within Delivery Commercial Operations (DCO). We are the "Scale Engine" for the Account Management organization. Our mission is to empower every Account Manager (AM) to maximize their portfolio's growth at scale by ruthlessly eliminating capacity and operational friction, while building the unified tooling infrastructure that enables them to save time and multiply their market impact.As a Manager in Central Operations, you are the custodian of the AM experience, the architect of their commercial velocity, and a trusted advisor to our business leaders. Your mission is to turn strategic vision into lived reality. You will deploy across fluid, high-priority projects—spanning AI experimentation, tooling, workflow efficiency, and portfolio health—to buy back time and mental bandwidth for our field teams.
