About the Role The Manager, Global Medical Affairs Oncology is a hybrid role combining medical affairs project management with disease area expertise to help advance Gilead's oncology portfolio. This position oversees operational excellence, contributes to scientific strategy, manages budgets, and coordinates cross-functionally with Development and Commercial teams to execute key initiatives. What You'll Do
- Manage Global Medical Affairs budgets for assigned activities, including tracking, forecasting, and contributing to financial planning and estimates.
- Lead projects to completion, proactively identifying risks, resolving challenges, and ensuring delivery against timelines in a collaborative manner.
- Supports oncology programs by tracking key milestones and deliverables across disease areas to ensure timely execution.
