Deine Rolle:
Als Manager Global Hygiene Management (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die standortübergreifende Sicherstellung von Hygiene- und GxP-Compliance. Du etablierst globale Standards und KPIs für hygienerelevante Prozesse, förderst die Audit-Readiness und stärkst durch Wissensmanagement Transparenz, Optimierung und Lösungsfindung.
Dein Beitrag:
- Erstellung von Empfehlungs- und Vorgabedokumenten sowie Koordination der Umsetzung von Standardisierungsprozessen und Optimierung bestehender hygienerelevanter Prozesse auf globaler und lokaler Ebene
- Unterstützung und Beratung der BioNTech-Standorte zur Sicherstellung der hygienebezogenen Audit-Readiness für interne und externe Audits
- Beratung der BioNTech-Standorte bei der Bearbeitung von internen Hygiene-Findings im GxP-, CAP/CLIA- und F&E-Umfeld
