Your Job
As a Manager, Global Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S), you will create value by advancing EH&S strategies that enhance operational performance, reduce risk, and support long-term business growth across the Asia Pacific region. You will partner closely with operations and leadership to drive a culture of safety excellence while enabling compliant, efficient, and sustainable business outcomes.

You will be part of a global EH&S team that partners across manufacturing, engineering, and business leadership to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with Molex’s EH&S Excellence Vision. The team plays a key role in enabling safe, compliant, and high-performing operations across diverse geographies.
What You Will Do
- Drive the development and execution of EH&S strategies that improve operational performance and enable long-term value creation
- Partner with operations to proactively identify risks, implement solutions, and strengthen safety culture across sites
- Anticipate and interpret global regulatory trends to enable informed business decisions and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Influence and coach leaders and site teams to elevate EH&S capability, ownership, and accountability
- Identify and scale best practices to improve EH&S performance and drive consistency across the region
- Support global audit programs by guiding root cause analysis and implementing sustainable corrective actions
- Utilize data and metrics to uncover insights, prioritize opportunities, and recommend performance improvements
- Provide EH&S expertise to support facility design, expansion, and integration activities, including due diligence for new operations
- Lead or contribute to incident reviews, ensuring learnings are shared and embedded to prevent recurrence
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience applying environmental, health, and safety principles within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Knowledge of EH&S regulations across Asia Pacific (China preferred) and ability to translate them into practical business actions
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems, exercise sound judgment, and deliver effective solutions
- Experience collaborating across functions and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working in a global, multi-site organization
- Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, or equivalent regional credentials
- Experience leading EH&S initiatives in highly regulated industries
- Demonstrated success in driving cultural and operational transformation through influence and leadership
