We are looking for a proactive, organized and experienced Manager to oversee our daily operations and support the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, marketing, production and logistics
Ensure smooth workflow and timely order delivery
Manage, supervise and support team members
Monitor performance, set goals and ensure accountability
Maintain high standards of customer service Implement and improve systems, policies and processes
Liaise with suppliers and service providers
Prepare reports and provide insights to the owner
Ensure a clean, organized and productive work environment
Support business growth and execute strategic initiatives.

Requirements

HND or BSc in any relevant field (Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field)
Minimum 1 year in a related field (managerial or supervisosy experience is an advantage)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.)
Ability to work independently and make decisions
A proactive, hands-on and results-driven mindset
Must be willing to work from our Surulere, Lagos store.
