About the Role The Manager, GBS GWO Static Data leads a shift-based team to deliver accurate, timely, and well-controlled static data services globally, supporting regulatory reporting and downstream processing while ensuring compliance with governing regulations and internal policies.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the GBS GWO Static Data team across shift-based coverage by setting priorities, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective staffing, coaching, and accountability.
• Oversee SSI setup, security setup, regulatory reporting support, counterparty mapping, and static data maintenance across GBM systems, maintaining a strong control environment through approvals, exception management, reconciliations, audit trails, and remediation of control gaps.
• Act as shift lead for out-of-hours operations when required, ensuring start-of-shift readiness, end-of-shift handovers, escalation management, and effective coordination with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Technology, and other stakeholders to support trade flow and issue resolution.
• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading a shift-based data management/operations team with a focus on static data and regulatory reporting.
• Strong knowledge of static data processes, data governance, and control environments (approvals, exception management, reconciliations, audit trails).
• Experience with SSI setup, security setup, regulatory reporting, and counterparty mapping across GBM systems.
• Ability to coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Technology and other stakeholders to support trade flow and issue resolution.
• Understanding of risk appetite and risk culture; ability to apply in day-to-day activities.
• Leadership capabilities with a coaching mindset; ability to attract, retain and develop talent; promote inclusion and adherence to Code of Conduct and Global Sales Principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
