About the Role As Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering for NSW, you will lead a high-performing team of Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Engineers at the forefront of Databricks' transformation. Partnering with Databricks' most strategic enterprise accounts, you will shape how Australia’s leading organisations migrate to the Databricks platform and unlock data-driven value across cloud migrations, AI transformation, and real-time intelligence. What You'll Do
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Engineers in NSW.
- Partner with Databricks' strategic enterprise accounts to drive migrations to the Databricks platform and accelerate data & AI initiatives.
- Influence customer transformation strategies across cloud migrations, AI workloads, and real-time intelligence for enterprise deployments in Australia. What We're Looking For
- Experience leading engineering teams, including Forward Deployed and AI engineers.
- Ability to partner with strategic enterprise accounts and shape migration to data platforms.
- Strong focus on data, AI transformation, and delivering customer value in large-scale deployments.
