Professional accreditations: certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), ACCA, or Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Senior Management: 10 to 15-plus years of experience in senior financial roles, such as VP of Finance, Director of FP&A, or Controller. Direct experience in capital management, investment appraisal, corporate governance, and scaling financial operations.
