We're seeking an experienced Manager, Field Operations & Support to lead contractor management, nationwide installations, fibre and OSP deployments, logistics, and field service operations across Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Lead contractor management across projects and teams
- Oversee nationwide installations and fibre and OSP deployments
- Manage logistics and field service operations across Nigeria
- Lead and supervise field teams or contractors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Project Management, or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience in field operations, technical services, or project delivery
- Minimum 3 years leading field teams or contractors
- Experience in telecommunications, fibre deployments, FSM systems, and logistics
Mandatory Certification:
- PMP or PRINCE2 OR Cisco CCNA OR CFOS/P or CFOS/T
