Job title: Manager, Field Operations & Support
We're looking for an experienced Manager, Field Operations & Support to lead contractor management and all aspects of field service delivery including nationwide installations and fibre/OSP deployments across Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Lead contractor management activities
- Oversee nationwide installations
- Manage fibre and OSP deployments
- Coordinate logistics
- Supervise field service operations across Nigeria
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related field
- 7–10 years in field operations, technical services, or project delivery
- Minimum 3 years leading field teams or contractors
- Experience in telecommunications, fibre deployments, FSM systems, and logistics
Mandatory Certification:
- PMP/PRINCE2 OR Cisco CCNA OR CFOS/P or CFOS/T
