About the Role Lead and grow the Digital Native Solutions Architect team focused on accelerating adoption of the Databricks Platform at the largest, fastest-growing tech companies. You will establish best practices across the full lifecycle of customer workloads and help each team member achieve success, productivity, and career growth, while representing Databricks as a technical leader with key customers.
What You'll Do
- Build, mentor, and scale a team of Digital Native Solutions Architects to drive platform adoption at strategic customers.
- Drive adoption of the Databricks Platform at the largest, fastest-growing tech companies.
- Lead the team in establishing best practices across the full lifecycle of customer workloads.
- Foster career growth and productivity for team members.
- Represent Databricks as a technical leader with some of its most important customers.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing and growing a team of Solutions Architects or equivalent leadership in field engineering.
- Track record of driving platform adoption and technical success at large enterprise or tech-company customers.
- Strong ability to establish and promote best practices across customer workloads and engagements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to represent Databricks with senior customers.
