About the Role Databricks' Field Engineering team activates and accelerates the value our customers get from their data and AI. We are hiring a dynamic Solutions Architecture leader who will contribute to shaping field strategy and customer outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a Field Engineering team focused on solutions architecture and customer outcomes.
- Partner with customers and sales to design and drive architecture outcomes leveraging the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
- Enable field teams through coaching, enablement, and best-practice delivery to accelerate customer success.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated leadership experience in field engineering or solutions architecture, with a track record of delivering customer-focused outcomes.
- Deep technical knowledge of data and AI platforms; experience with Databricks or similar platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, services, and product.
