About the Role As a Manager, Field Engineering, you will lead a diverse team of technical pre-sales Solutions Architects covering the Asean region. You’ll play a key leadership role at the intersection of technology and business—guiding your team to design impactful solutions and drive growth through collaboration and innovation.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing, inclusive pre-sales team
- Design impactful pre-sales solutions and guide customer engagements
- Enable your team to communicate complex ideas with clarity and build lasting partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Foster collaboration across sales, engineering, and customer teams to drive growth in the ASEAN region
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading field engineering or technical pre-sales teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly
- Track record supporting strategic enterprise customer engagements and partnerships
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams and drive measurable outcomes
Nice to Have
- Experience in the ASEAN region or across multiple countries
- Background as a Solutions Architect or similar technical role in a pre-sales capacity
