About the Role EY‑Parthenon’s Financial Services Strategy team is one of the fastest growing strategy teams in Australia. As a Manager, you will join the team and advise C-suite and senior executives on high-impact strategy engagements across banking, insurance, and wealth and asset management. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will lead workstreams and teams on the strategic questions that matter most to financial services leaders: where to grow, which markets or assets to pursue, how to create value from transactions, how to build differentiated customer propositions, and how to reshape organisations for the future. Your work may span growth and enterprise strategy, AI and digital strategy, merger and acquisition assessment, market entry and expansion, operating model redesign, cost optimization. What You'll Do
- Lead workstreams and teams on the strategic questions that matter most to financial services leaders and across banking, insurance, and wealth and asset management.
- Advise C‑suite and senior executives on high‑impact strategy engagements spanning growth and enterprise strategy, AI and digital strategy, M&A assessment, market entry and expansion, operating model redesign, and cost optimization.
- Shape where to grow, which markets or assets to pursue, how to create value from transactions, how to build differentiated customer propositions, and how to reshape organisations for the future. What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering strategy engagements for financial services clients (banking, insurance, wealth and asset management).
- Ability to lead workstreams and teams and communicate effectively with C‑suite and senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of growth and enterprise strategy, AI and digital strategy, M&A assessment, market entry/expansion, operating model redesign, and cost management.
- Based in Sydney or Melbourne (Australia) or willing to be onsite.
