Manager

About the Role EY Parthenon in Cyprus is seeking a Manager to join a high-performing, integrated team focused on transactions. You will advise clients through buy/sell/separate/reshape/restructure initiatives and help shape business decisions with clear insights. What You'll Do

• Understand, analyse and present a client’s existing/proposed business, identify key strengths and weaknesses and document key findings
• Understand key business drivers in a transaction and provide value to the client through insights, factual conclusions and advice
• Document main findings that underpin the advice we provide to clients
• Gather, verify and assess information and formulate views
• Plan, prepare and review deliverables in written reports, presentations and client discussions
• Assist with proposal preparations for prospective clients
• Build internal and external networks through personal contacts; strengthen relationships with the SaT team and other EY services
• Take responsibility for your own learning and development; provide coaching/support to other team members What We're Looking For
• Qualified or in an advanced process of becoming qualified; ACA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent; MBA considered an advantage
• Strong academic background (Accounting, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics)
• Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
• Strong financial modelling and presentation skills
• Ability to work under strict deadlines; strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ideally: Experience in a similar transaction advisory environment / team; Data analytics skills (analytics tools and/or a programming language) Nice to Have
