Job title: Manager EHS
About the Role Le Manager EHS pilote les activités Santé, Sécurité et Environnement sur un périmètre multi-sites et multi-projets pour les activités Services en France, Belgique et Luxembourg, et supervise une équipe EHS dédiée afin d’assurer l’application des normes EHS et des certifications.
What You'll Do
- Manage and develop the EHS team (6 people) and strengthen their skills.
- Contribute to the creation and deployment of an EHS policy aligned with Alstom's objectives et les besoins des activités Services.
- Ensure application of Group EHS standards, local regulations, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Harmonize EHS practices across sites et dépôts.
- Lead EHS community and support operational teams in developing safety culture.
- Conduct EHS audits on sites and depots and pilot improvement plans.
- Monitor EHS indicators and contribute to continuous performance improvement.
- Oversee incident and accident analysis and drive associated action plans.
- Collaborate with EHS networks to share best practices and lessons learned.
- Maintain relations with external authorities (CARSAT, inspection du travail, etc.).
- Participate in bids for challenging projects by budgeting EHS requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Higher education in HSE / EHS / QHSE or equivalent.
- Significant experience (approximately 10 years) in an EHS role in an industrial or construction environment.
- Experience leading and facilitating EHS teams or communities.
- Good knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and EHS regulations.
- Experience in audits, continuous improvement and multi-site environments.
- Knowledge of operational environments: ergonomics, electrical risks, mechanical handling, working at height.
- Ability to operate in a matrix and multicultural environment.
- Leadership, influence and excellent communication skills.
- French fluent and professional English.
