About the Role This role sits within Hyundai's Eastern Region sales leadership, responsible for driving all aspects of Hyundai vehicle sales in the US for the Eastern Region, including sales strategies, fleet sales, dealer relations, and market representation. You will collaborate with Hyundai's seven regional offices to work directly with Hyundai retailers on sales and service and ensure alignment with national goals. What You'll Do
- Lead district-level sales initiatives and execute regional strategies in coordination with the seven regional offices.
- Develop and maintain strong dealer relationships and optimize fleet sales to grow Hyundai's market share.
- Monitor performance, analyze market trends, and represent Hyundai in the market to ensure effective sales and service delivery across the Eastern Region. What We're Looking For
- Experience in automotive sales leadership or regional sales management.
- Proven ability to manage dealer relations, fleet sales, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple regions.
