About the Role Build and lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects responsible for post-sales technical strategy with enterprise customers. You will shape and monitor execution to get use cases into production quickly and smoothly, leveraging Databricks technology and the Data+AI ecosystem. This role requires strong resource orchestration and close collaboration with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and partners in your region.
What You'll Do
- Build and lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects in Toronto, aligning post-sales delivery with customer outcomes.
- Shape and monitor the post-sales execution strategy to ensure rapid production deployment of use cases.
- Coordinate resource orchestration across sales, pre-sales, professional services, and partners to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain deep understanding of Databricks technology and the Data+AI ecosystem to guide solution architecture and delivery.
