Job title: Manager, Delivery Solutions Architects
About the Role As a DSA Manager, you will build and lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects (DSAs) and shape the post-sales delivery strategy for major customers in the SEMEA region (Southern Europe, Israel, Middle-East and Africa), excluding France. You will report to the SEMEA SSA & DSA leader. This hybrid role combines commercial and delivery responsibilities to maximize platform value and ROI for customers.
What You'll Do
- Build, mentor and lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects (DSAs) to deliver post-sales outcomes for strategic customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Field Delivery Engineering (FDE) and Partners teams in SEMEA to shape the post-sales delivery strategy for major customers.
- Guide complex customers to maximize platform value and ROI, driving adoption and growth.
- Partner with Sales and Field Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery and measurable customer outcomes.
- Communicate progress and outcomes to regional leadership (SEMEA SSA & DSA leader) and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Experience building and leading a team of Delivery Solution Architects (DSAs) or similar.
- Strong collaboration with Sales, Pre-Sales, FDE and Partners in a regional context.
- Proven ability to drive post-sales delivery strategy and customer ROI.
- Hybrid skill set combining commercial acumen with technical delivery capabilities.
