Manager, Compliance & Risk Management
Job Type Full Time , Hybrid Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 6 - 12 years Location Lagos Job Field Risk Management and Compliance Salary Range ₦750,000 - ₦1,000,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the compliance programme across African markets
- Act as MLRO: manage AML/CFT, KYC and EDD, monitor transactions and file SARs
- Liaise with regulators, legal advisors and internal teams
- Build and update compliance policies and train staff
- Prepare compliance and risk reports for management and regulators
- Oversee audits and monitor key risk indicators
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business or a related field

Experience in compliance management, preferably in financial services

Strong knowledge of AML/CFT laws and financial regulations in Africa

Cross-border payments and MLRO experience are an advantage

CAMS, ACAMS, ICA or similar certification preferred
