About this role
This position will be a key member of U.S. Commercial Compliance team as Line of Business Compliance Officer with primary oversight of U.S. Corporate Card Programs including Travel and Entertainment, @Work Program Management Platform, Corporate Membership Rewards and Spend Enablement. The position provides independent compliance oversight and second-line effective challenge to ensure the business is building, enhancing, and maintaining an effective framework for compliance with applicable internal policies, laws and regulations. Areas of responsibility will include assessment of compliance risk associated with Corporate commercial products, capabilities, and offerings including product uplifts/changes and features, review of marketing claims and disclosures, training, and other business-owned content.
Responsibilities: Provide effective challenge with GCS Corporate Solutions business stakeholders on compliance/regulatory requirements applicable to card, program management, capabilities, and card program features. Review and evaluate marketing, advertising materials, digital capabilities, customer journeys and required disclosures for adherence to applicable laws including but not limited to Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices (UDAP), Equal Credit
