The College Store at Elizabethtown College is seeking a new store Manager. The primary purpose of this position is to oversee and ensure the efficient operation of the College Store, purchase and market College Store merchandise, as well as managing the store employees.

Essential Functions
-
Provide direction and vision for the College Store, considering changes in the market and trends in the business

Complete and provide daily sales reports for the Business Office
-
Maintain departmental budgets; project store sales for future planning and ordering

Review the monthly expenses and notify the Business Office of any discrepancies
-
Oversee and maintain and upgrade the point of sale system
-
Maintains and upgrades the Kodak Kiosk

Manage the ordering of merchandise for special events at the College
