About the Role Ford Motor Company's Cloud Platform Quality Engineering leadership role focused on defining strategy and driving automation. Lead a team of engineers to ensure cloud-native validation and end-to-end quality for cloud services, APIs, mobile/embedded systems, and CI/CD pipelines. What You'll Do
- Define strategy for cloud platform quality engineering and testing across the team
- Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team
- Drive automation across testing, validation, and CI/CD workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure quality across cloud-native services and devices What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/related field
- 7+ years of system-level testing/integration experience
- 3+ years leading engineering teams
- Experience with cloud-native validation, mobile and embedded systems, APIs, CI/CD
- Experience with Jira and TestRail
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and related tools: Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, BigQuery, GKE, TestFlight, Google Play Console
- Knowledge of REST, gRPC, WebSockets, MQTT Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 167,000 – 317,000 per year
