Job title: Manager - Claims France
About the Role Atradius N.V. is seeking a Manager for the Claims - France team. You will lead the Claims Managers and Claims Support teams, ensuring compliance with analysis rules and timely handling of claims, while driving improvements and acting as the main internal and market-facing reference.
What You'll Do
- Supervise the team of Claims Managers and the Claims Support team, ensuring adherence to analysis rules and contractually defined claim timelines.
- Perform necessary controls and validate files within your authority; respond to internal and external audits.
- Provide training and management for the team, support their development, and assist in solving complex dossiers.
- Serve as the internal reference and primary point of contact for insureds, brokers, and other internal departments; propose solutions balancing governance and business needs.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Business Country, Global, Collections and Risk teams; participate in meetings to provide expertise.
- Represent the France Claims function in the Claims Functional Committee.
- Manage monthly provisioning for the most complex files.
- Contribute to evolution and innovation projects (automation, procedural improvements) to increase efficiency and productivity.
What We're Looking For
- Experience and strong affinity with credit insurance products.
- Deep knowledge of market or organization, with legal aspects as essential assets.
- Management experience or strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in French and English; excellent relational and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel regularly between Namur and Levallois sites.
