About the Role Acts as the right-hand person to the GM, filling in for the GM in all functions when they are out of the building. Supports the GM in any way possible for the benefit of the restaurant team and operations. This role emphasizes leadership, operations support, and ensuring quality and guest satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Support all restaurant operations to ensure product quality and customer service.
- Manage team member performance; monitor food and labor costs, budgeting, and sales building.
- Maintain and operate restaurant equipment.
- Handle food and beverage preparation, storage, inventory, and presentation; service.
- Manage vendor invoices and the food ordering system.
- Maintain manager logs and communications.
- Ensure cash handling and POS accuracy and security.
- Communicate with team members, guests, vendors, and Hielan personnel for various needs.
