About the Role The Manager – Capital Markets Operations and Technology role sits within Deloitte's Enterprise Operations & Risk practice. It focuses on shaping and delivering strategies that optimize capital markets operations across trading, investment management, and risk, helping organizations build resilient and agile operating models amid rapid change.
What You'll Do
- Lead project teams and junior practitioners in the development of client deliverables or internal initiatives.
- Serve as primary client contact or workstream lead on complex projects, liaising with client counterparts and actively participating in project management and work delivery decisions.
- Lead the development of high-quality work products throughout the lifecycle, from initial concept to implementation.
- Serve as a subject matter advisor on client projects, including providing recommendations to clients on strategy, technology, process improvements, risk management, and regulatory considerations.
- Help design and implement business strategies, operating models, technology and process transformations, or risk management services for capital markets clients.
