Job title: Manager CAPEX Controlling Global
About the Role The Manager CAPEX Controlling Global will lead the global non-filler CAPEX project reporting, budgeting and forecasting, including leasing, and act as the finance approval gate keeper. You will harmonize and standardize CAPEX processes across substrates, conduct post-implementation assessments, and support the global production and supply chain teams with investment strategy and business cases.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for monthly reporting for global (non-filler) CAPEX investments (incl. leasing additions/payments), with an executive summary
- Lead budget, forecast and 5YP process for CAPEX investments
- Finance business partner for global production and global supply chain teams, supporting in building global investment strategy
- Build and/or review business case calculations for investment projects across substrates and regions (e.g. production footprint optimizations, capacity extension, automation projects)
- Gate keeper for finance validation and approval for CAPEX requests
- Harmonization/standardization of investment approval processes and tools across substrates (aseptic/BIB)
- Responsible for financial part of global investment guidelines, documentation and offering trainings for regions
- Lead regular post-implementation assessments
- Global Administrator for CAPEX reporting tools
What We're Looking For
- 6 years of relevant experience in similar roles within international environments
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong focus, proactiveness, productivity, tenacity, and sense of responsibility
- Understands production processes, key operational KPIs, and essential financial concepts (P&L and Balance Sheet)
- Builds strong communication, networking, and teamwork across functions and regions
- Maintains strong relationships with internal customers and fully understands stakeholder requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Basic working knowledge of SAP FI/CO and experience with project-management activities
- Advanced Excel capabilities and strong PowerPoint skills
