Manager, Business Performance - Amgen External Planning

About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Business Performance Manager to join the Amgen External Planning (AXP) organization. Based in Hyderabad, this role supports global AXP operations across the US, Europe, and JAPAC regions and reports to the AXP Senior Manager Supply Chain. The Manager will drive strategic process improvements, deliver data-driven insights, and help shape AXP's digital strategy, solutions, and transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Own, shape and deliver AXP’s digital strategy, solutions, and transformation initiatives.
• Support performance and usability of end-to-end AXP business reporting tools and KPI dashboards.
• Support development and continuous improvement of tools used for supply dashboards and metrics, ensuring visibility into key performance drivers including data accuracy and application usability for Commercial & Clinical functions.
• Support system usage and improvements for Quarterly Business Reviews and forward 12Q strategy discussions.
• Partner with Finance and Global Planning to align performance across Global, Regional, and Site Supply Chain teams, and to optimize and integrate processes and systems within the AXP Process Framework.
• Collaborate with the AXP Business Development Office and Amgen Digital and Technology teams to deliver digital solutions and transformation initiatives.

• Strong supply chain expertise with a digital mindset, project management and analytical capability.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement within a complex global matrix environment.
• Experience partnering with Global Planning, Global Distribution, Operations Finance, Contract Quality Management, and AXP Regional Hubs.
• Ability to deliver data-driven insights and provide performance visibility across commercial and pre-commercial supply.
• The ideal candidate combines business/analytical skills with the ability to drive Lean/Operational Excellence and digital adoption.
