About the Role Join Amgen's External Planning organization as the Manager, Business Development Office (BDO) within AXP. This Hyderabad-based role oversees global AXP operations and leads the analytics, compliance oversight, and business reporting for the Amgen External Planning function, partnering across Global Supply Chain, External Supply, Distribution, Quality, Finance, and regional hubs.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end AXP business performance reporting, dashboards, and KPI governance.
- Own data insights, metric analysis, and corrective actions to drive metric-driven performance improvements.
- Own AXP Monthly Planning cycle readout and Supply Plan processes.
- Own AXP Integrated Business Planning processes including S&OP and associated monthly supply reviews.
- Lead development and continuous refinement of supply dashboards and metric alignment efforts.
