About the Role EY GDS Consulting is seeking a Manager – Business Consulting (Operational Technology, Digital Transformation & IIoT) to lead OT modernization and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, life sciences, energy, and other process industries. You will bridge plant operations, engineering, IT, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to drive IT–OT convergence and enable smart, secure, and resilient industrial operations. You will design and deliver end-to-end OT and digital architectures across shop-floor systems, edge platforms, data pipelines, analytics layers, and enterprise applications, ensuring availability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
