About the Role Insomniac is seeking a Manager, Building & Engineering to oversee infrastructure planning for festivals and large-scale events. The role partners with production on site builds to ensure engineering integrity and compliance, reporting to the VP, Building & Engineering. This is an onsite role based in Calabasas, CA. What You'll Do
- Manage infrastructure planning for festival and large scale events
- Partner with production teams on site builds, ensuring engineering integrity and compliance
- Ensure compliance with installation and teardown of temporary systems
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments before, during and after events
- Source, hire, and manage contractors, engineers and various vendors
- Manage scope of work, budgets, timelines and performance
- Ensure all vendors adhere to Insomniac safety and operational standards
