About the Role This role requires a forward-thinking approach to applying emerging digital capabilities that drive business value, growth, and productivity across client and employee experiences. The position will lead automation and emerging technology initiatives, including research, development, incubation, and adoption of next-generation digital transformation solutions such as RPA, Xceptor, Alteryx, Duco, OCR, Power BI, and AI/ML.
What You'll Do
- Define and manage multiple phases of major projects for business areas, including resource planning, test strategies, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Oversee project activities, monitor progress, and provide status reports.
- Collaborate with technology, product management, and operations to implement solutions that enhance services, create new deliverables, or improve processes.
- Facilitate change management through training and communication.
- Review existing procedures and recommend automation or process improvements; design new procedures where appropriate.
- Prepare detailed system specifications for proposed automated processes and enhancements.
- Maintain project schedules and adjust tasks as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Act as a seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and business knowledge.
- Provide a cross-functional perspective to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
