About the Role Air France Industries seeks a manager to supervise the maintenance activities of engines, aircraft and equipment. You will lead a team of 26 maintenance technicians in a high-volume industrial environment and ensure safe and compliant operations using a GMAO system. The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders and a drive for continuous improvement to stay competitive. What You'll Do
- Manage a team of 26 technicians across electrical, mechanical and IT domains; supervise maintenance of engines, aircraft and equipment, with shifts in 3x8.
- Ensure safety, quality and compliance with Flight Safety requirements; monitor activity and coach staff; maintain strong client relations.
- Propose and implement innovations to address operational challenges in a competitive environment.
- Collaborate with all involved actors in the maintenance ecosystem to deliver reliable performance. What We're Looking For
- Technical education with Bac+2/3 (minimum 10 years of experience) or Bac+5 (minimum 5 years) in operational team management (production unit, repair workshop or technical office).
- Maintenance experience is a plus.
- Exemplarity, listening, diplomacy and commitment to develop colleagues.
- Strong operational interest, analytical, synthesis and rigour to master complex technical issues.
- Proactive, strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to make day-to-day decisions with the teams; English level B2. Nice to Have
- Background in maintenance is a plus.
